De-Iceman to keep the ice away

De-Iceman lowers the energy costs if you wish to keep the water surrounding a boat or bridge free from ice. The system knows when new ice is forming and then starts a water current generator or air compressor. Zacharias Brandt, Z Electronics and Lars Friberg WFE Systems AB have invented a system with low energy costs to keep the water from freezing around boats and bridges. Read more >>

The company WFE Systems (customer to Esperanza Brandt Inc, Z Electronics partner) is nominated to the Swedish Electronic Trades price Embedded Award. De-Iceman keeps your boat or bridge free from ice with a minimal energy cost. The trick is to let a small sensor rotate in the water.
